The Canadian Company listed on the stock market published its operational update last month on April 7, highlighting a month defined by strategic expansion, infrastructure upgrades and the participation of governance.
The most transformative decision of the company was to obtain three eminent Solana validators, including the highly respected Valine Validator and the Validator Enjeux analysis platform.
The transaction of $ 24 million was finalized on March 17 and marked a 102% increase in the company’s total participation, which is now 3,351,617 soil (around $ 388 million).
The addition of the founder of wool, Michael Hubbard, accompanied the addition of the founder of wool as director of the strategy.
Hubbard, known for its technical expertise in the Solana ecosystem, is now heading for the expansion of validator infrastructure and high -value institutional partnerships.
Acquisition of the validator has also introduced key performance improvements.
Sol Strategies declared an availability of 99.955% to all validators and provided an average APY of 7.41% to delegators, outperforming the network average.
Beyond the validator operations, the company actively participated in the SIMD-228 vote, a pivot proposal to reduce the solana inflation rate by 4.5% to 0.87%.
Sol Strategies has publicly confirmed that all its validators had voted in favor of the proposal.
While the proposal obtained support of 61.4%, it did not reach the two -thirds threshold necessary for adoption.
