Arizona Chamber Bill 2749 establishes a reserve fund for Bitcoin and digital assets, with rewards for staking. Gov. Katie Hobbs signed it, making Arizona the second state with such provisions. The bill aims to oversee a fund comprising assets acquired via Airdrops and interest. Assets not claimed for three years will fund the reserve.
