ABU DHABI, UAE, December 7, 2025 – Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, achieved a significant milestone with regulatory approval from the FSRA of ADGM in Abu Dhabi. This regulatory approval covers Binance.com through three regulated entities in ADGM. Nest Exchange Limited operates trading activities, Nest Clearing and Custody Limited manages asset protection, and Nest Trading Limited offers broker-dealer services for Binance’s OTC offerings.

Richard Teng, co-CEO of Binance, emphasized the importance of regulatory compliance and transparency. ADGM’s framework sets high standards for governance and consumer protection, ensuring Binance operates within an internationally recognized reference framework. Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, President of ADGM, highlighted Binance’s contribution to Abu Dhabi’s financial innovation hub. Binance’s operations, under ADGM’s oversight, ensure high standards and consumer protection for its global users.
