Ethereum, XRP, Dogecoin, Solana, and BNB also experienced losses. This correction followed a period of market growth, with open interests in altcoins hitting a record $47 billion. Long traders suffered most, losing $545 million, while short positions lost $31 million. Ethereum traders faced the highest liquidations at $177 million.
