Lean Ethereum targets 10,000 TPS on the mainnet and 1 million TPS on layer 2, emphasizing zero-knowledge machines and chain verification on devices. It introduces upgrades on three layers: consensus, data, and execution. The approach is built around hash functions for quantum resistance.
